Processing Costs Include: All beef cuts vacuum sealed, deboned (optional), tenderized (optional), bags of bones saved (optional), and burger packaged in 2 lb. tubes.
Extra Processing Costs: $.10/lb on the hanging weight more to have burger packaged into 1 lb tubes or made into patties.

Seasonings For Sausage: $5.00/bag ( 1 bag is good for about 25 lbs. of pork)
Sage/Pepper: $1.00/oz.
Kill Scald and Split: $80.00
Blocking Out: $20.00
Kill Skinned and Split: $60.00
Minimally Processed: If you are having a hog cut up more than blocking out that requires packaging and labeling but not fully processed a rate of $100.00 will apply.
